A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

** All vehicles sold by the seller (Peak Auto Storage) are subject to sales tax on the towing and impound fees from the original tow, unless you have provided the seller with a valid tax exempt certificate. This must be paid at the time of pickup. *** All vehicles in this auction were impounded from contracted properties such as apartments complexes, shopping centers etc. None are impounded by the city, police, or side of the highway. All vehicles come with storage lien packets unless stated otherwise

IN THE EVENT OF A TITLE ISSUE, MONEY SPENT TO RECONDITION A VEHICLE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  APPLY FOR, AND RECEIVE A TITLE BEFORE YOU SPEND ADDITIONAL MONEY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
